Okay, okay. I have an addiction to pancakes. So much so that I have had to dedicate a whole page to my twists and variations all whilst sticking to the SW plan!

REMEMBER: if you are not using your milk & porridge oats as part of your HeA & HeB, you will need to syn these ingredients!


Simple Basic Pancakes – approx. 1 syn for whole batter mix

40g porridge oats – blitzed into a “Flour”

50ml milk (I used 1% fat milk)

1 tsp sweetener

1 egg 

1 tsp baking powder 


Choco Pancakes – approx. 1.5 syns (whole batter mix)

40g porridge oats – blitzed into a “Flour”

50ml milk (I used 1% fat milk)

1 tsp sweetener

1 tsp cocoa powder

1 egg 

1 tsp baking powder
Choca-Mocha Pancakes – approx. 1 syn (whole batter mix)

40g porridge oats – blitzed into a “Flour”

50ml milk (I used 1% fat milk)

1 tsp coffee powder (instant espresso powder)

1 tsp cocoa powder

1 tsp sweetener

1 egg 

1 tsp baking powder

Coffee & Walnut Pancakes – approx. 2.5 syns (whole batter mix)

40g porridge oats – blitzed into a “Flour”

50ml milk (I used 1% fat milk)

1 tsp sweetener
1 tsp coffee powder – instant espresso

1 egg 
1 tsp baking powder

5g walnuts – finely chopped to sprinkle on top OR add into your batter before you cook.
